Services We Offer

Our in-house screen printing facility provides the tools to ensure top notch results on custom print jobs for your business and personal needs.

The screen printing service we provide is equipped with the necessary tools to bring your ideas to life and also ensuring fast delivery as well as productive results.

Everything ranging from colour designs on items like shirts, bags, boards to facemasks, handkerchiefs and the likes are all handled effectively using our screen printing machines.

All you have to do is:
1. Create your design and… We handle the rest.

A world without essential plastic items can be hard to imagine especially because they help us daily.
Our injection moulding process can produce a range of widely used products, including common plastic items like bottle tops as well as remote control casings, syringes, plastic cups and more.

With the availability of moulds, our injection moulding process will guarantee a scaled up operation to produce a large number of parts that can be sold as daily essentials.

Ever wondered how daily essential items are made at a very large quantity? We make that happen by providing a range of applications where a repeatable manufacturing process is required.

This includes manufacturing items such as wire spools, packaging, bottle tops, toys, combs, chairs, small tables, storage containers, mechanical parts, and automotive parts and components.

Alongside our Gravure press, we also offer flexographic printing services. It is an alternative to gravure printing production as it represents a cheaper alternative. Despite being more cost-effective, it is a highly effective process to print on your plastic packaging and produces top print quality for your product packaging.

Our flexographic printing press is a 2 colour operation that is smooth and fast. It utilizes a printing material known as a stereo and has adjustable knobs and levers to accommodate different sizes of stereo designs and packaging prints.

These stereos are made of flexible photopolymer using a determined design for producing packaging prints. A stereo collects ink from the ink tray and impresses it on the packaging substrate. Flexo printing is unique because it adapts well to different materials that print on thin film, paper, carton board, shrink sleeves, in-mold and flexible packaging.

Our flexo printing can use a wider range of inks, including water-based inks and UV inks. Because this type of printing holds up and is adaptable, it can be printed on almost any kind of substrate, like plastic rolls, metal, and paper.

Just like our gravure printing press, getting your branding done has never been this easy. With skilled hands and high-quality prints, you can be sure to solve all your packaging needs.

One of the services we offer at Aquada is our specialised plastic bag printing. Excellent print quality along with cost-effective production is what gravure presses from Aquada Development Corporation stand for.
And that includes running at maximum speeds with quick make-ready times. All of our machinery is focused on interconnectivity, efficiency, productivity, and profitability so that your production can run smoothly.

Our gravure presses have been designed to take on demanding flexible packaging print jobs and are compatible with any rotogravure cylinder.
This process creates an image by engraving a negative of the image being printed onto a gravure cylinder, which is then coated with ink and transferred to the substrate or plastic roll using pressure.

The gravure cylinder collects ink from an ink fountain before a doctor blade removes excess ink from the non-image areas to ensure that only the engraved image areas contain ink. The substrate is then passed between the gravure cylinder and an impression cylinder to transfer the ink or the image from the gravure cylinder to the plastic roll.

With our gravure printing process, we can satisfy your business needs by producing high-quality printed branded nylons that can be used for packaging any kind of product with your business branding.

It can produce any 4 colour print design simultaneously and at a very fast rate ensuring that there is no downtime for your business when it comes to having stock of branded packaging. All you need is a steel cylinder with your engraved image design. Depending on your printing needs,

When you think of the need to brand your products with any kind of printed packaging, we have everything you need and we’ve got you covered. Some examples of printed packaging using the gravure process can be found below.

We offer fire extinguisher refilling services. Our fire extinguishers are extremely reliable for class A, B, and C fires. It uses compressed nitrogen as the carrier and mono-ammonium phosphate as a suppressant.

Class A

Class A fires involve ordinary combustible materials, such as cloth, wood, paper, rubber, and many plastics. Extinguishers with an A rating are designed to extinguish fires involving these ordinary combustible materials.

Class B

Class B fires involve flammable and combustible liquids such as gasoline, alcohol, oil-based paints, lacquers. Therefore, extinguishers with a B rating are designed to extinguish fires involving flammable and combustible liquids.

Note: Do not attempt to extinguish a fire involving flammable gas unless there is reasonable assurance the source of fuel can be promptly shut off. In fact, if the only fuel burning is the leaking gas, the best method for extinguishing the fire is to shut off the fuel supply. Extinguishing a flammable gas fire, without shutting off the fuel, will allow unburned gas to escape into the atmosphere, which may permit a dangerous accumulation of gas to develop, and an explosion may occur if the gas is exposed to an ignition source.

Class C

Class C fires involve energized electrical equipment. Extinguishers with a C rating are designed for use with fires involving energized electrical equipment.
